The Warrior Training Program is not only designed to strengthen our kid's bodies, but their minds, as well. Its no secret that kids face obstacles these days, both mental and physical. The Warrior Training Program highlights virtues such as courage, persistence and integrity while teaching them to build strong humans in all aspects of their lives. Growing mentally tough kids is important! This program teaches them the foundations they need and qualities to make them strong.
LEARN YOUNG GROW STRONG BE A WARRIOR
The Warrior Training Program is an achievement based fitness program designed to teach youth gym fitness. Warrior Training Workouts are 45 minutes to an hour long. They combine mobility, balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular movement in a safe, non-intimidating environment. The Warrior Program is most appropriate for Middle School and High School age kids that want to learn general fitness. While participating in the program, the kids have the option to keep track of their workouts and progression in their Warrior Achievement Books and earn Medals to add to their Warrior Cuff as they progress in the program. Although the program is designed for teens and tweens, we always welcome parents to join the training!
